WE REQUIRE 5 BUSINESS DAYS NOTICE FOR TESTIMONY.**
Testimony will be provided if fewer than 5 days notice is given if the expert is able to accommodate the clients without undue stress.**

Total	$1890.00
(Or the cost of transportation and lodging whichever is greater).

Reservation Fee PLUS the cost of Transportation and Lodging.	$ 295.00 $ 650.00 + $ 945.00 + Costs
Fee For Testimony with Transportation and Lodging and fewer than 5 days notice
Reservation Fee	$ 295.00
Late Notification Fee PLUS the cost of Transportation and Lodging.	$ 945.00
When testimony with transportation and lodging is required, miscellaneous expenses will be charged against the Reservation Fee. The difference will then be refunded.

All fees for testimony must be received by our office before the date of testimony. For your convenience, we accept payment by check, money order or credit card. If the case settles and testimony is no longer required, the testimony fee will be refunded. The reservation fee is non-refundable except where noted.
